Reaching out takes courage, especially if you've been carrying this for a while: the anxiety that won't switch off, the grief that keeps resurfacing, the family conflict you can't untangle, or worry about a child or loved one. You don't have to figure it out alone.
I'm Anabelle Doulas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor with over 13 years of experience in community mental health, inpatient, and residential care. I'm steady in hard moments, and I'll never make you feel like too much.
This is your space.
It can be whatever you need: a place to learn more about yourself, reflect on your past, present, or future, build coping skills, sit in silence, or cry with support. It's also a place to celebrate the victories and see how much you've already overcome.
I believe you're the expert on yourself. Some days I'll walk ahead and guide, some days I'll follow your lead, and most days we'll walk side by side. Clients tell me I'm clear, kind, and gently challenging. You'll feel heard, and I'll be honest when it helps you move forward.
Who I work with:
Adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions
Parents and families supporting a child or teen through big challenges
Anyone dealing with substance use, bipolar disorder, psychosis, neurodivergence, or developmental disabilities, whether it's you or someone you love
If your situation feels complicated, or past therapy hasn't quite fit, you won't have to start from scratch explaining it to me.
